Vistalitedrums.com is definitely a not for profit website. In fact it is a money-losing venture but that's not the point at all. This website is here purely for the interest in and enjoyment of those FANTASTIC PLASTIC tubs. Initially launched as griptoad.com (which still exists) vistalitedrums.com is just for fun and not affiliated with any company, group or organization. So there. I've been interested, for lack of a better word, in Vistalites since that Ludwig catalog found it's way to me in 1975. That catalog was a freebie back in those days and they are most assuredly as collectible as the drums themselves are today. Of course this is a “Straight up"/"Here it is” site and any contributions, suggestions and criticism are welcome. With that said, Come one come all to the amazingly hip, groovy-cool, in a far-out happenin' way
